im not annerorexic but i dont not like to stiff myself up with just anything i pay attention to calories and stuff but im in the 7th grade am i just self conches or wat

It's fine to watch what you're eating, but please don't let your weight control your life. When I was your age, I spent every other minute obsessing about my weight and appearance and everything. Now I'm mad at myself for wasting my life obsessing with diets, losing weight, etc. It's not worth it. Just enjoy your life. Love your body, everybody is unique and different. This may sound corny, but it's a very valuable lesson to learn in life. You'll find people who love you no matter what you look like.

Here's some sage advice-what you do to yourself when you're young, you pay for when you get older. And remember you will be older a lot longer than young. By taking care of yourself-exercising and eating correctly-you can save yourself and your family to be a lot of grief now. Not only watch your calories but try to eat the things that are good for you. Get your fruits and veggies and lay off anything white including salt, sugar, white flour. Also take care of your teeth, brush and floss regularly and go to the dentist every six months. If someone had told me this when I was younger, I wouldn't have diabetes today. How could doctors not recognize the budding signs of this disease. So I'm telling you-your health is your responisbility. And don't bvungie jump and things that will screw up your spine. Don't obsess and have a good time, just keep an eye out for yourself. . .Moderation and balance are the keys to a good life. And the other important piece of advice is to study hard and learn all you can. Just assume you are going to college for a minimum of a BA. When you're young, you make a lot of very important life decisions so to think things over and being aware is smart and that't where you want to go-healthy and smart. These two things are the starting blocks for a very good life. Lots of luck and have a great life. . .
