Is there anyway to help calm him down? He is constantly biting me, and company. I can't let him sleep in my room because he jumps the window and knocks my curtains down. But if I dont let him in my room he will sit outside of it, meow, then start scratching at the door. Yes it is so annoying. I've had a cat before and have never had this much trouble. Right now he's proving me wrong by laying on my desk watching me type this. I bet he can read and is plotting new ways of attacking me tonight. LOL. Any advice would be appreciated. Please Note; water bottles suck! My cat adores water.

I got him fixed 3 weeks ago. They say he was supposed to calm down. But he's been the complete opposite.

It's behavioural.
When he bites, pick him up right there and put him into a small safe room for a bit. Eventually he will get it. A bathroom is a good bet. Enough time-outs get the message through.
Don't play with him with your hands, play with toys, hands just make it worse. Clip his claws weekly so he cannot climb curtains, for that first time go see your vet and ask him to clip them short and show you how, that way he can't get up the curtains at all, so a new habit is beginning to form.
Make sure he has enough toys to play with, perhaps get a him a friend, that often works to calm them down. They are like a child, all this energy and nowhere to use it.

Try distracting him with toys and if he bites have a towel handy grab him and put him in a cat carrier for a few minutes .Biting is not acceptable behavior and you have to do your part to make sure you and anyone else that comes in contact with him don't provoke him into rough play . Never put your hand out over his face as if to temp him to grab you .He will for sure .When he is being patted or you are giving him attention ,if the claws come out gentle pull your hand away or hold very still and firmly say easy ! They are much smarter than you think . Give lots of love but take no bad behavior either .The adult will be even worse as he thinks it is ok.Neutering him will calm him down some but only you can modify the bad behavior . Good luck and remember to have fun.

Seems to be terror kitty week on this board (grin).
Since you're not giving information on the cat's age, I'll assume he's a kitten and has an enormous amount of misdirected energy. He needs cat toys, ones he'll play with. This is easy enough. Get a paper grocery bag and cut a hole in the bottom, stick a tennis ball rubbed with catnip in there and he'll be able to attack that instead of your skin.
Biting is never acceptable behavior in any pet, so when he does this to you or your guests, you simply need to stop petting him or get up and walk away. Kitties don't like to be alone and he'll understand that if he wants you, he'll have to behave. Giving him a firm, verbal no when he bites may cut down a lot on this.
I absolutely agree that water does very little to solve problems.

Go to your local pet store and pick up a feline diffuser. They are about $30-40 but they work wonders. It is kind of like an electric plug-in air freshner, except you can't smell it. It releases feline phermones that are similar to the ones a mother cat releaes when nursing. It is proven to calm cats down. I would try that and see if it doesn't calm him down.
Living with a psycho cat is tough. Our cat was like that for a long time but then he eventually calmed down. I wish I would've known about the diffuser back when he was a kitten because he almost had to find himself a new home a few times :)
Good luck.

So glad you don't use the spray bottle. Your kitty has alot of energy and needs something to burn it with. Can you get him a cat tree. Kitties need a place where it's ok to jump and play. I had a girl much like him. She taught herself to turn on light switches and open doors. You have a very special kitty there. Maybe take him out on leash sometimes and teach him to play fetch. My girl loved to play fetch! Love that special kitty and work it out with him. I miss my little tyrant so much!
You might try flower essences. Lots of people say they work.

When I got my cat he did all the same things and often still does. But when we got him fixed it was almost like he was depressed for a month, having them fixed really calms them down. If him scratching things is bothering you get him de-clawed thats what we did.
