im getting married in the uk in feb 09!, it will be very cold here so want to go somewhere 23-24 + so its warm!! or hot!

I'd go to Thailand. Koh Samui has great weather at that time of year. It will definately be more than 24c though. Probably more like 32 or 33c. We spent 3 weeks there and never saw a drop of rain.
My other choice would be the Maldives.
Bali is beautiful too, but when we went in February we had quite abit of rain

Go to Bali, Indonesia!! (Club Med is a lot of fun there) The island, the people, the culture are unlike any other. I was there in 96 for my honeymoon! Now I have 3 little ones and the opportunity to have visited such a place before having kids is amazing! I live in NY, so we went to Guam for 2 days and then connected to Bali! I have the most beautiful honeymoon memories! I will never forget such a place! I(Look into it!)

try an all inclusive package to punta cana.
a big group of our friends went this past year and RAVED about it.
everthing!! was included, drinks, tips, airfare, hotel, meals...
the only thing not included was the "local" attractions. ie anything run by a local- like horse back riding or some hiking or nature trails...
but the hotel they stayed at had a ton of things to do there

1st off we kinda need to know your budget, but anyway, here goes: My honeymoon was in Hawaii...Maui and then Honolulu (awesome sunsets)!!! the Bahamas would be good (i have a couple of friends who went there--they loved it)...Fiji, is one place i want to go before i die (Awesome place, nice beaches)...But i think if you search the internet for honeymoon destinations, that would help you out a whole lot...hope this helps you out!! Some where in Thailand they have amazing places for a honey moon and where you will not be disturbed there are 5 stars hotels where you will believe you are in heaven
