Earth was God's creation why did he create cannibals or allow them to evolve that way?

(Ephesians 4:18-19) They are in darkness mentally, and alienated from the life that belongs to God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the insensibility of their hearts. Having come to be past all moral sense, they gave themselves over to loose conduct to work uncleanness of every sort with greediness.

Jehovah certainly didn't "create cannibals". Consider, did Jehovah create child molesters?? No. Humans are sinful. Sadly many decided to extremely sinful things. Doesn't mean Jehovah, made them to molest children or eat others.

It isn't against God to have a blood transfusion.... blood contains the life force of a person/animals... and was used to atone for transgressions etc. And now the greatest blood (Jesus) was paid and now we don't have to pay in blood anymore to atone for sins.
But that's off track I assume... lol

evolution is not part of god's world cannibals chose to do that they didn't evolve and it's possible the devil had something to do with them doing that or it's possible it was there solution for overpopulation point is they chose it god didn't create it

GOD NEVER CREATED CANNIBALS, IT IS THE DEPRAVED NATURE OF MAN THRU THE INFLUENCE OF EVIL SPIPIT THAT BROUGHT ALL KNOWN EVIL IN THE WORLD.
