It's such a big deal that a team of radio hosts on a secular station are leading a prayer meeting for it! I was shocked out of my sneakers that these two, who talk about "hooking up", astrology, and all sorts of very secular things day in and day out are getting people together to pray for rain.

It's scary, I'm in the drought area, and it makes me very angry that businesses are STILL watering their lawns nightly...with much of it going onto the street and sidewalks.

Guess they don't think about how their business will function when there is NO water...buy hey, the "Closed For Business" sign will look real pretty against a green backround.

It's NOVEMBER...it's OK if the grass turns brown, turn off the darn sprinklers.

City council needs to get off the can and drill some deeper water wells. There's your answer.

Remember: Noah had to build the boat-it did not come prebuilt, furnished or with AC.

He had to cut the wood, preserve the wood, trim the wood, build the frame, fasten the wood to the frame, load the boat with food and water......

God will always take care of His children. God bless you and keep praying as will I.

Much love in Christ,
Your sister in Christ.

"besides prayer i dont know how else to fix the problem"

If you were to give that statement some honest thought, would it scare you?

Do you think you're going to convince God to do something he wasn't already planning to do? If so, that seems incredibly arrogant.

I didn't pray at all, and it rained here tonight. Atheism works.

we better start drilling deeper wells. god gave us the brains to help ourselves we need to use them. and thank him for giving them to us. instead of waiting for a miricle. god helps those who help themselves.
