Hard to say hon without more info. Did you try asking them what their problem is? Maybe their just busy, or you have upset them for some reason.

FlyG demonstrates much love by giving best answer to someone who totally misunderstood the question and answered with a passive aggressive "hon" to mask her distaste for the question that was never actually asked.
