OK LISTEN.. lol i have asked this before kinda i wanna lose stomach fat but without going outside i don't want like an answer saying walk, run or anything like that i just want like an exersize that won't be very hard to do which will get rid of some of my stomach fat. plz helo . Bessie xx

Hiya,

Swimming I would recommend. You can do it 3 times a week or more, however you want, but it does help a lot. it's also cheap to do.
You can do other sports aswell. You can maybe do swimming 3 times a week, and jogging 2 times.

Pilates is amazing for your entire body and focuces on your midsection. Work up to the advanced workouts and you'll have cardio :). Excersice bikes are awesome for watching tv and working out. Also, I keep a set of dumbells nearby so when I do pilates and run across an excercise I have a really hard time doing, I lift the weights to tone my arms until the video gets past that particular excercise. Or you can do crutches, just stay moving.

The only fat burning exercise is cardio - 4-6 times a week for average of 45min. (we cant spot reduce body fat)
If you can only do it inside i would suggest cardio machines, rope jumping or get some cardio workout dvd's.

Sorry, there is no way to loose weight that doesn't involve some "hard work". I suggest staying away from your computer, eating less and staying active.
