Baby born into a non christian family, grows up doing exactly what she is told by her family, She wants to help people, joins charities, becomes a nurse, adopts children, never commits a crime, Dies of old age, and goes to hell.

Is that right? Is that OK?

On that principal of you go to heaven because you believe and worship the true Christian God, Then a Serial killer can go to Heaven as long as he realizes that what he is doing is wrong and in his own mind really repents after each murder, because we all know the flesh is weak.

You have a point here. Unfortunately, in every religion there will be people who will try to make it a 'member's only club' as you say. The same thing is happening in Islam; the tolerant, universalist mystics are losing influence and the Wahabbis are gaining. Yet the exclusivist interpretations of either religions are not convincing to me.
For example, in Christianity there is much to suggest a more tolerant view. St Paul says, "In Christ there is neither Jew nor Greek." He also says "God was reconciling all kinds of people to himself." And if one day, Christ will be "all in all," then the idea of an eternal lake of fire and brimstone for 'unbelievers' doesn't sound at all likely.

Unfortunately, In the Christian religion, that is true. Ignorance of the word does not remove the consequence that one will receive in the end. I know many individuals who are awesome people, great spouse, terrific parents. . .all will go to hell if they died today. God's word has but one loop hole when it comes to hell. The salvation of Jesus Christ. Only through our belief and repentance will we be granted entrance into heaven. Is it o.k., that is a question you will need to take up with God. Is it what it is, Yes. God bless.

According to many interpretations of the Bible, it is so.

I don't think it's right, nor what happens, though.

What IS a false god anyway?
A Deity pretending to be the Judaic/Christian god?
Don't think any have made out they are the same. I expect most Deity act in their own name, and don't bother attempting to mess with the heads' of followers of other traditions.

of coarse this person would get into heaven. i don't understand where your coming from, all people who live a descent life will get into heaven. I was raised Roman Catholic so i cant speak for all Christians, but its awful narrow minded to say that if you don't believe as i do you will go to hell. if anyone should go to hell its those who are not tolerant of others. So believe what you want just live a good life as Jesus would. He accepted all no mater what poor to rich, Jew to Atheist.

You can't go any where if you're dead. But I get what you're saying; and no, of course it isn't, but try beating that through the thick skull of a fanatic with a chisel.
Also, who said Hell's a bad place? Heaven-hopers. I'm sure many people would rather go to Hell if it meant escaping the peodophile catholic prests and the religious kamikazes.

And that all coming from a God of love?
Where did the idea of hell come from and why, was it a being that Loves us or was it a useful method of control. Early founders of the Church used to sell tokens to people to ensure that they didn't go to hell, their God seemed to always be running out of money.
PS. What about the people that were born before Christ? did they all go to hell?

There can false gods but there can not be false worship. Any worship is directed to true God as the worshipper believes he is praying to true God.
