at school on thursday my girlfriend came into the end of day tutor and was like "well i had a fun lesson, me and ... touched up ..." and so i was pissed off with her, we went down to where we normally "hang" at the end of the day and she was trying to talk to me and was like "i was only mucking around" and then this guy came over, who i had been paranoid of my girlfriend fancying, and i made one of our casual dyslexic jokes (because he is dyslexic) and he lightly slapped me like usual, but this triggered me and i punched him in the face leaving him with a swollen lip. we then moved on to our second place to hang, and i had to go and get my papers (for paper round) and then we met up again, and she had taken his side and i was really paranoid about it, and she kept going on about "well you punched him for no reason", and i got really pissed off and slapped her really hard, ='[ she dumped me that night and now her mum hates me, (she used to really like me).

First thing never put your hands on a female. Regardless if you think she deserves it or not… NEVER!! The man she loved put his hands on her that’s hard for and any female to swallow. She may forgive you as time passes, but she will never forget. She has lost all respect for you because of your actions. Not to mention your TRUST..
Her mom is going to hate you for a long time maybe forever. You laid your hands on her daughter that is not acceptable. You have some huge improvements to do. If she can’t see you making progress then she knows your heart isn’t in it. If you truly love her daughter you will do what ever it takes.
Put your self in her shoes. Lets just say you have a daughter and a male put his hands on her what would you do. You would want to beat the hell out of that man. AM I right… That’s going to be any father’s first instinct. That would be the only time to put your hands on someone in my book.
Actions speak louder than words. You might be getting anger management. Don’t talk about it do it. Go to anger management classes. Get counseling even if it means medication to help control your anger. You need to learn control. Get a punching bag when you get so mad you want to hit something hit that. Don’t use her as your punching bag. Take up yoga as Andrew suggested.
If she decides to take you back. Control your anger and never hit her!! Talk things out when you get mad. Don’t raise your voice. When you get into an argument continue to say to yourself. I looove her so much I will not raise my hand to her. I’m telling you if she takes you back and you strike her again she will never forgive you, nor give you another chance.
I believe anyone can change. You have to be willing to change for yourself. This can’t be done over night it takes time.

Turn on the TV or Rent a Movie, even kids movies and you will see a woman slapping, punching or kicking a man in the groin. Everyone cheers and the woman is empowered. That's the message. In reality we know the guy can beat the living sh*t out of her, but because she is a woman not a lady, we tolerate this humiliation. This happens to transfer into real life and women think nothing of bashing a man in the face. Who are you going to tell? The police? Who are they going to believe, do you think she is going to say, yes I slapped him because I'm a crazy violent b*tch. No she would blame the guy and he's arrested. I feared he might do something is enough to arrest a man on. He threatened me with a look of death. Very serious offenses, do not think I'm joking. If the police show up, who are they going to instantly side with? A woman that can and will whip up a good set of tears while telling of how scared she is? You can bet anything you said, or did will be made out to look like you are the worst violent abusive person in the world.

Wow did you expect anything differently? You have no right putting your hands on anyone. Now that you feel like the man punching someone Else out because you are "INSECURE" Sounds like you have a lot of growing up to do. As far as your girlfriend. Her mother is on her every second of the day telling her, "Stay the hell away from that nut job". Get help and quick!

No 'might' about it - get anger management. You've probably blown it with this girl, but you'll blow it with every other person you love if you can't learn to control your anger and have more respect for others.
It's never acceptable to hit another person because you feel bad. Two-year-old and three-year-old kids can learn to control their impulse to bite and slap and kick, so why can't you?
If you don't start learning to control yourself you will still be behaving like a three-year-old in your late teens and twenties and beyond. Life is full of small frustrations and even those we love can annoy us. Learn to deal with it or mess up your adult life. It's your choice.

Yeah it's over... Don't even bother to try and get her back. You seriously do not deserve her.
Start working on that temper... Get some help, take up yoga and painting or something of the kind...
Start changing now, or you might end up getting shot, or in jail next time.

Ouch. You should have told her how you felt. Think before you do any type of action. Now you just got to suck it up and roll the dice bro.
