Hi dear parents out there (and other friends). Since I sincerely appreciate your job as parents (I'm an early childhood teacher), I would like to know your thoughts, opinions, etc. on the following quote.
"Parenthood: That state of being better chaperoned than you were before marriage." ~ Marcelene Cox

Let me know how it made you feel!
Oops, that's not a question ... let me rephrase ... How did it make you feel?
(Ah, much better. LOL)

well I am not married so it didn't make me smile but your bit about whoops that is not a question did....in fact that gave me a laugh. I had my first question taken off as it was "chatting ...not a question". I asked how peoples mothers day was (a couple of years ago) so your rephrasing gave me a good laugh

Yes I laughed because its so true, just when you are in the mood for sex, who should need you in the middle of the night RIGHT then? Your children!!!! Not that you never get it, it just seems to happen an awful lot!!!!

Thanks for appreciating what we do!

ahhh....so true. I'm not a parent, but I am a nanny, and the kids are incessant. "Where are you going? what are you eating? Can you hug me?"
It's never ending!!!!!!!!!

I like the quote.
