i was just wondering what would happen if i gave my dogs out of date worming chews? ( i would never do such a thing, but im curious!)

I dont think it would hurt him, though it might be less effective as a wormer.

Worming 'chews'? These would be from a pet store? If so, they wouldn't work even if in-date. Stores aren't allowed to sell medications, so any wormers they sell are not going to be useful.
It wouldn't hurt your dog, but the thing about out-of-date stuff is that it doesn't work as well - if it even works in the first place.

what the hell is a worming chew.. worming a dog is done properly with worming meds,, not with chew toys

How far out of date? A short time won't decrease its affectivness, assuming it will be affective in the first place.

It would be like a person taking medicine that has expired. It doesn't hurt you; but it probably won't help you.
