For my body I use plain salt as a scrub once a week along with drybrushing daily or every other day.

What is a Dry Brush Exfoliation?
A dry brush exfoliation involves the use of a soft, dry brush to gently brush the skin. It is recommended by holistic practitioners to remove dead skin cells, improve the circulation of blood and lymph, and enhance detoxification through skin. The gentle pressure is also thought to have a calming effect.

How is Dry Brush Exfoliation Done?
The only tool needed is a soft, dry, skin brush, preferably with natural bristles.

Step 1
Stand in the shower with the water off.

Step 2
Starting at your feet, start brushing in small circles towards your heart. Apply very light pressure, avoiding broken skin, skin rashes, or areas where the skin is thin, such as the face or inner thighs.

Step 3
After you've finished both legs, move on to your arms. Brush from your fingertips, again towards your heart.

Step 4
Reach around and brush from your back towards your stomach.

Step 5
When you are finished, begin showering.

For you face:

Oatmeal exfoliant:
Warm (soupy) oatmeal and honey. Warm either on stove or in microwave for 25 seconds.

Papaya mask/exfoliant:

I cut the papaya in 1 inch. squares and then use a couple and freeze the rest. Mask or blend the papaya pieces and then apply to face and leave on for 20 min. and rinse. (The papaya may tingle but that just means that it is working.)

Hope this helps!!!

It simply means wash it well. Exfoliate means to remove old dead skin. Since face have more sensitive skin, it is better to use special care products like exfoliating creme or exfoliating gel. Which is just a cleanser with ground apricot pit in it.
For the body, washing it with a sea sponge and soap will suffice. But if you want to be fancy you can buy and exfoliating scrub at any drug store or at a fancy place like body works.

all you need to do is buy an exfoliating gel and cream with little balls things in them. you can buy them from boots if your in the uk or at any supermarket i think. then you just rub it into your skin to get rid of dead skin cells, wash it off and your left with glowing smooth skin!

you should probably do it once a week or so but just follow the instructions on the back of the tub or bottle.
