Bi-Sexual or a Lesbian?

I'm twelve. I go to an all-girls school.

I don't really know why, but I think I might like girls.

About the second week of school, I liked one of my classmates, I tried to convince myself that I didn't. But I was really obsessed. Just last month, I stopped liking her. So, that means I liked her for about 5 months.

Now, I like someone else. She's also one of my classmates. She acts kind of boyish sometimes, but she is a real girl.

I told one of my classmates that I thought she was hot and then she told her. I don't know if she knows, but after a month, she started texting me and was pretending to be a guy.

I told her I knew it was her and asked how I knew. I told her I LOVED her sarcastically, and she knew that too. She calls me sweet names now [ as a joke ] and I play along trying to act sarcastic.

I find it hard not to visit my site to see if I have any new comments from her and I get really worried if I don't have any, fearing that she might think I'm weird and all.

For the Bi-Sexual part, I'm not really sure.

I liked guys just a few months back when I stopped liking my first girl crush.

But my crush on that guy stopped as soon as I realized my feelings for my second girl crush.

I don't really know if I'm bi-sexual or a lesbian.

Don't worry about it too much... make friendships and discover yourself slowly.. Soon you'll know what your preferences are.. No one here can answer that for you...

Sugar don't worry too much about right now. You are still very young... at your age, these things can be really confusing.

It's hard to say if what you feel for your girl friends is romantic love or just wanting to be really good friends.

I know when I was your age, I befriended a new girl in school and we were really close for about two months then she stopped hanging out with me and I was just crushed. But it was a romantic type of crush.

Give yourself time to grow and mature. You don't "Have" to declare one way or the other at 12.

BTW... I have a friend who is Gay. She says that Lesbian sounds like a disease....

You are really young. Wait till your hormones REALLY kick in to make tha kind of decision. I mean girls probably do look tempting at that age, because well 12 year old boys arent the greatest people in the world. Just keep an open mind to everything where you are at right now. Your grammar is outstanding for being 12. im kind of suspecious.

You are very young and could still be confused. A lot of people go through this phase where they question their sexuality. I went through it when I was 14 but I got over it. I'm a straight adult woman now.

It could have alot to do with you wanting to channel your sexual hormones somewhere and since you're surrounded by girls, you think this. Give it some time before you know for certain.

Sure you could be, but considering you haven't had too much experience with girl or boy love yet, just relax, let it happen naturally. I used to feel like I had "crushes" on friends that were girls, but I think I just admired them as people so much that it felt like love. Let whatever happens, happen. And considering you go to an all girls school, you don't have many boy crush opportunities, do you?

Anyway, I think it`s perfectly normal for you to like girls and guys since boys that age aren't really "all that."

I think it`s sorta sweet when she calls you sweet names and how you frequently check your site for new comments coming from her.

As many people said, you don`t have to label yourself now. Give it some time. Improve your friendship with her and who knows? She might grow up to be your best friend instead of a gf. =)

she might be gay she might not but we don't want you broken hearted and ridiculed... and 12 year old's are great at doing that...
stop wondering and worrying... you might be straight after all and giving yourself unnecessary headaches

your really the only one who can figure it out for yourself.. if you have more of an attraction for girls then you could possibly be a lesbian but if you have feelings for both sexes you could just like them both which means you could be bisexual ... its pretty much up to you..
