I eat 5 times a day
1st- i eat a rice cake in the morning (60 calories.)
2nd -i eat a apple at around 12 (80 calories.)
3rd- i eat "fiber one" cereal with skim milk around 3 (110 calories)
4th - i eat a light yogurt (100 calories)
5th - i eat small cup of soup or small salad (under 350 calories)
* i do 60 minutes of cardio every day*
* i drink lots of water*
can i keep this up for a month 1/2 ?? well i lose weight and keep it off, if i slowly and gradually eat more after christmas until i reach 1500 cal. ??

you dont have enough vitamins or carbs so probably not.

look.

You dont say how much you weigh.
If you are normal weight. dont diet. do yourself a favour. if you are underweight, then i suggest you EAT!! OVERALL - i suggest eating 6 small meals a day.
not 1 apple for a meal
or 1 rice cake for a meal.

meal 1[brekky] 7.00- museli with fruit on top and a teaspoon of youghurt + orange/apple juice
meal 2 [morning tea] 10.30- 1 piece of fruit, and a handful of nuts
meal 3 [lunch] 12.30 - a sandwhich with wholegrain bread, consisting of 1 piece of salami, lettuce, cucumber, carrot, tomato and pineapple. + milk/water for drink.
meal 4 [afternoon tea] 4.00- 6 crackers with cheese and tomato
meal 5 [dinner]. 7.00 - Spaghetti Bolognaise. Pumpkin, Mushrooms, Potato and Beans. + milk for drink
meal 6 [dessert] 8.00 - fruit salad consisting of banana, apple, orange, watermelon.
BED - 10.30.
you need your sleep

Exercise for about 1 hour a day.
If you have a dog - go for a 20 minute walk
if not
go for a 25 minute jog round the estate
do 30 mins of cardio
and - do 15 minutes of swimming.

This is an extremely healthy lifestyle here.
For variety, change meals slightly.
it would be good if you could include eggs.
but i have included veges, fruit, dairy, pasta and meat.

what you're doing is possible to keep up for a month and a half but your body will probly hit a pleatue and stop losing weight. Your body will realise it's being deprived of food and start storing and holding on to every little sceric of fat it can. You need to surprise your body to make it keep losing weight, so mix things up a little! Maybe make 3 or 4 of these plans then rotate through them :)

Naw-that's a starvation diet-your metabolism will just quit and you will have no energy and pass out constantly. Then when you start eating again everything will get stored as fat for the next time you starve yourself.

Yes if u stay determined and think about how good u will be lookin by the end then yes
just stay focused on what u are trying to achieve and u can do anything

Nope, your body will start eating itself and you'll burn out.

Then, you'll either just fall down one day, or you won't be able to get out of bed in the morning. Hopefully that will wake you up and make you realize that anorexia isn't really that much fun.
