wow its good to find a fan of DBZ series. I thought i was alone on this one but you ask a very good question. Janemba has his own world which he control and can see you so that mean you can't hide from him and beside he is form of all human being spirits. Thin small Boo is like Evil with no good inside him and he also strong and a very hard to kill. Broly, will he doesn't have limit, his power surpass Super Sayian power but he has a weakness too and Baby also strong and evil like Small or Kid Boo and he can plant a egg inside you which can control you and make you his survant and his is no good to be miss with. so i can't say Brolly because he was defeated by Level one or two Super Sayian and thin boo or Kid Boo was defeated by Super Sayian one with the spirit boom but Goku has to Transform to Level OR Super Sayian to keep up with him but Baby was defeated by Super Sayian 4 and last is Janemba who couldn't be defeated only by Super Sayian Fusion. which become Super Sayain Gogeta, I will say Janemba. which one do you thing is the powerful villain. i like to know from you too. think the most powerful villian in DB GT is Omega Shenron.

In the Dragon Ball series, Piccolo was the strongest.
