For example, I sometimes add chopped apple.
After the holidays I add my leftover cranberry sauce instead of the apples.
And if I am out of both I add raisins.
And I always add pimientos.
How about you?

I add a little bit of mustard in with the mayo. Sometimes I add a dollop of honey mustard sauce, or use a different flavor of mayo to add a little zest, and if I have them in the house green onions.

I add frozen peas if I'm having it as "salad" instead of as a sandwich filling. Also a tsp. or 2 of lemon juice really adds flavor! I think I'll have to have tuna for lunch today!

It's more what I don't add, I make mine with oil and vinegar instead of mayonnaise I add celery and onion and tuna and oil and vinegar, salt and pepper and that's it.

You could use lemon juice instead of vinegar, you could substitute other vegetables, I hate raisins in anything I only eat them by themselves.
