I have a beard that I would like to grow out much longer than it is now. Anything I can take to make it grow faster?

Ok, now let me clarify the question. My hair is naturally rather flat to my head, and when left alone it gets smooth and fine. The longest I've ever had it was about 1 1/2 feet long in the back only, and that was when I was four, but now-a-days I trim it once it reaches 3 inches all-around. Based on that, what hair products would you recommend to get my hair healthier, sleeker, smoother, and above all else keep it that way as it grows longer?

prenatal vitamins work pretty well. Even if you are not pregnant, and at the very least, you are getting vitamins to help you stay healthy.

Vitamins B, C, F, zinc, iron, copper and protein are essential for hair growth. Drinking plenty of water and eating plenty of raw fruits and vegetables is probably the best way to achieving healthy hair.Try http://solutionsforhairgrowth.blogspot.com/ for more details.

Try Biotin, also a multivitamin. Go to a vitamin store and they can help you out with that.

NOPE. Your hair grows at its own rate, based on your DNA and that you can blame on your parents

A good diet of fruits and veggies is the next best thing. GOOD NUTRITION.
