I'm sorry life has you feeling so poorly. Struggling with depression is not something to do alone.

Depression will tell you lies, such as your world is crumbling and there's nothing to be done about it.

Yes, you do need change. That's why you consider not going on, it's the only way depression can see to stop things from being the way they are.

Please seek help. Even an MD can help you with medication or referral to someone who is expert in this. While depression is a medical disorder, it's been shown that either medication or talk therapy (both is best) have the same positive effect after 6 months.

Don't believe the lies depression is telling you. Things can change and life can feel worth living. Don't give up.

There were 34 answers in your previous post. In that you mentioned suicidal thoughts. That is the beginning of suicidal depression. Depression is an emotion either god or evolution gave you as a signal to change course. It is one of 6-8 basic emotions you inherit the capacity for. It is present when things seem to go against your well being from birth,

You are perceiving that things are not good for your well being and your negative solution is to think of ending your life. There are other solutions. Suicide is not right because it is not going to solve the problems; death may not be anything like you imagine. It may be worse, especially if you go into it with a negative attitude. Look for a better solution a positive solution.

I know this is hard because depression results in negative thinking. You have to catch yourself thinking negatively, like you have been here, and willfully substitute a positive thought for the negative ones. That will break the depression. First get rid of the attitude that "there is nothing you can do about your world crumbling around you." Many of the answers suggested positive things you could do and you can better think of many others on your own. Do it!!

Good luck, good mental health, peace and Love!
