I bought a phone off of ebay, it worked fine for 2 weeks, now it wont charge. I just found out I have had sprint insurance for a year now. Do you think they will replace this phone..? I lost my old phone.

Likely not. It's going to have a different serial number.

You probably need a new battery.

If your purchase from eBay was directly from Sprint, they will cover it. However, if you purchased a phone from an outside party and merely had Sprint activate it to the Sprint system, I'd think you are on your own here.

Sprint's (and others) insurance generally only covers phones supplied directly by the carrier involved.

If you have insurance for your phone, they should give you a new one when you lose it. That's the major reason for the insurance. Contact them directly.

Good luck.
