When Jesus was SENT to earth, to preach God's " Kingdom" message, he organised, firsth the apostles, then they in turn further disciples.
Everyone who accepted Jesus' teachings went on to teach others.
At the end of his 3 1/2 years on earth, Jesus had 120 established disciples. The ones that were blessed with Holy Spirit and bacame the basis for those mentioned at Revelation 20;4
The preaching was never restricted to ONLY the religious leaders...the apostles.
(Acts 5:42) And every day in the temple and from house to house they continued without letup teaching and declaring the good news about the Christ, Jesus.
(Acts 20:20) while I did not hold back from telling YOU any of the things that were profitable nor from teaching YOU publicly and from house to house.
(Psalm 68:11) Jehovah himself gives the saying; The women telling the good news are a large army.
These are not female deacons...they are ordinary women telling about Jesus and the Kingdom.
The apostle Paul said that women were not to hold positions as teachers and leaders in the 'church' or organisation.
(1 Timothy 2:12-15) I do not permit a woman to teach, or to exercise authority over a man, but to be in silence. 13Â For Adam was formed first, then Eve. 14Â Also, Adam was not deceived, but the woman was thoroughly deceived and came to be in transgression. 15Â However, she will be kept safe through childbearing, provided they continue in faith and love and sanctification along with soundness of mind.
