Because Jesus said this to a doubting Thomas:
John 14:5-7 (King James Version)
5Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way?
6Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
7If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.
Archeologists have dug up several artifacts that prove the Bible's genuineness!! Atheists and skeptics have yet to disprove the Bible which has been proven a thousand times over.
What will u tell God when you are standing in front of His judgment seat??? Why should He let u into Heaven??
u can never be good enough!!
here is proof that u can't enter heaven without Jesus Christ payment of your sisn and your repentance of your sin:
Romans 3:9-11 (King James Version)
9What then? are we better than they? No, in no wise: for we have before proved both Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin;
10As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
11There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.

One can only know if their religion (or lack thereof) is true for themselves.
To imply that there is ONE true religion which exists for all of humanity to follow is to deny the complexity and diversity of the human experience.

The TRUE religion is the one that is fully obedient.
Does your religion obey Matthew 28; 19,20?
Does it preach the KINGDOM? mATTHEW Matt.6; 9,10
Does it use Almighty God's NAME? EXODUS 6;3
Does it use only men in TEACHING positions.? 1 Tim 2;12
Does it allow women to preach about jesus and the Kingdom...from door to door? Acts.5;42 & 20;20
Does it regard Jesus as the ONLY leader? Matt. 23;9
And does it acknowledge that Almighty God and Jesus are two separate individuals, with Jesus always obeying his Father in heaven. John 5;19

In my personal opinion religion and God don't mix.
I refuse to worship a religion and be brainwashed by one and chose to worship God and love Him with all my heart instead.
Religion is man made beliefs and traditions and has very little to do with God but is mostly about the church and it's rules and regulations.
But to have a direct personal relationship with God is the reason Jesus died on the cross for us.
Because of Jesus we can receive the Holy Spirit and be saved and the Spirit of the Lord will teach us and guide us throughout our entire lives and this can be achieved without any outside influence.
I don't trust man I only trust God and my Lord and Savior and because of this I live completely by the spirit and I'm always in close personal contact with my Father in Heaven.
God bless you and may peace and joy be with you!

I'm sure everyone thinks their religion is the one true one -- for THEM...and that's all that matters.

God has answered my prayers by having my body healed several times just by me watching t.v. it happened 4 times when the pastors on the 700 club had said the word in prayer: "Together lets believe that you'll be healed..Lord Jesus..etc." soon enough just sitting in front of the t.v., i hear them say during their prayer "there's someone with tmj, and just believe that Jesus is healing you right now." and the moment after i believed , i felt my jaw just relax and now i can thankfully bite and chew faster, open my mouth without getting a headache and tell others about the good news Jesus had done for me, a sinner that has committed so many mistakes. it has been the biggest turning point in my life on this earth that i've been on for 17 years-thank Godness. He is good!

First you have to want to know if it is true, then you pray about it & listen for the quiet voice of the Spirit answering you. Sometimes the Spirit makes you feel happy, sometimes it just warms you us & other times it all just makes sense in your head. Ask & ye shall receive. This is how I know that mine is true plus it contains the most information about Jesus. The more I can know, the better!

It is not possible to know which religion is true because all religions have the same base ethics and we cannot find out which copied which.
