If u have the evidence than u should present it to ur lawyer. Technically u can sue her on slander, but is she rich? If not u will not get too far. It maybe a waste of $ and time. Maybe u should just stay away and focus on clearing ur name. Really talk 2 ur lawyer.
PS
the cops ALWAYS go w/ the woman, or the one claiming a threat on their life unless proven otherwise.

The stay away from them is good advice.
Its usually dependent on you re response to the cops that determine an arrest or not.
To sue them would be great but then again you would have
to go to court over and over again, before they would admit
they were lying about their complaint.
After the restraining order has expired the court gives the defendant a chance to respond, and removes the restraining order if the complaintant doesn't file to reinstate.

Domestic violence laws are the most poorly written laws on the books. They give police the power to drag you(usually the man) out of your house with little or no probable cause and keep you in jail, usually on a ridiculously high bond, until you go to "court". Just one more classic example of Big Brother taking your freedoms and liberties away from you under the guise of "saving lives"... DON'T FALL FOR IT!!!!

Man to man,
You are better off leaving her alone and staying away from her. Seriously, this woman, (like most others) just is not worth the jail time and hassle.
Talk to the police and all about her breaking the order though and bring the phone records, just be damn sure you are not calling her.
Like almost every other institution in this country, she does not need proof of anything, all she needs is her feelings to be hurt and you are screwed.
STAY AWAY from her.

im sorry, but i dont think you can go back to court,
amendment 6 states you have a right to a trial or hearing when you have been accused of a crime (whether you actually did it or not)....however, it is only obligated to the court system one time..........
believe it or not, witnesses are the strongest form of witness in court........i dont agree with this because innocent people are in jail because a group of people decided they hate this person and get together and plan the whole thing, leaving you helpless.....
about 8% of all inmates in jail are innocent, and at least half of them have been convicted by people bearing false witness
it is a crime to bear false witness....
there is really not much i can tell you, except, consult an attourney........

This is a dangerous situation and i don't think you should get advice from people on here. I recommend you go talk to the police first and see what they say. But ask some1 you trust first. Like a personal freind or something.

No contact means no contact. Not just by you, but by your ex as well. Go to the court, and get a good lawyer.

File a case of false testimony or perjury against your friend for inventing charges against you.

Its a he said/she said situation. I think you've left a whole lot out & I suspect that what you've left out would make it pretty clear that you had been harassing/stalking her. Courts don't issue restraining orders based upon one sayso.
