Can anyone tell me what happened to the Circle of Rain website? They gave out little certificates in spiritualism, for tarot advisor, etc. Are there any other low-cost websites out there right now for those things?

I'm not familiar with Circle of Rain. Are you looking for a site that will give you a certificate for online courses?
If so, Magicka School http://www.magickaschool.com has free beginner courses with certificate on completion in Beginner Tarot and Wicca. Advanced classes are available to supporting members (very reasonably priced). Herbology and Alchemy courses coming soon.

Sure. Give me some money, and I'll make up whatever kind of certificate you want. It really doesn't matter. Spiritualism is just profitable superstition.
