friday:A LIt BiT Of mY Favorite food
Sat:NOthing:
Sun:BReakFast And A salAd
And I run ONe Mile every day And walk Two Do 50 push ups and 200 crunches and i dance for 30 min And try to do other exercises

What plan are you gona have when you are in coma? because people who are in coma need about 1200cal/day which is a lot more than you consume now.
