My idea is schools that is open 7 days a week and parents can deside what days the children will go to school based on their work schedule? This would help parents that have jobs that make them work the weekends. It would also cut down on overcrowding. I think it would be better than the solution to keep building more schools. It would also cut down on welfare because people would have less an excuse not to work. Also how about a school where parents can deside on night or day classes if they work evenings. Like instead of the usual 8-3 pm how about 4-10 pm? Both of these would lower the cost of daycare. How about longer school days with three days off?

This would all be optional. The parents would make their childs own schedule. Of course a vote would need to be done to see how many parents would use it.

This is a good idea with a few flaws, and it will probably (somewhat unfortunately) never be put into act. Children require more consistency than an adult who is able to work weekends and 2 or 3 days a week on a varied schedule. 4-10 pm would be argued that it cuts into family time such as dinner and homework time for the children. I definitely am not in disagreement with you whatsoever, I just don't think this will ever be passed. It is not a bad idea, though!

yeah 10 year olds doing work at 10 oclock at night. and do you know what "welfare" even is. it is temporary, i think the max time is 3 yrs. my friends family is on welfare and her parents are divorced and her mom works but they cant keep up. what about the teachers that would have to put much more effort into teaching because they would have to tech the samt thing several times per week instead of once a day or 6 times a day. that just doesnt make sense.
sorry hun

lmao. Do you really think this would work Afternoon is when kids at least productive. They find it harder to concentrate. Teachers would have to be on 7 days a week. Planning could not be done as you wouldn't know when kids would be there. Kids could not do afterschool activites. Parents should fit work around school not use it as a babysitting service. There are so many holes in this plan

NO. One of the middle schools where I live went to split hours for 7th and 8th grade students. The 7th graders got out of school at 5pm. This was only temporary until the new middle school was built, and that was hard enough on the parents.
Also, this would not work for a lot of teachers since a lot of them work weekend jobs to make extra money.

kids need structure, which is why the school day is the same for the entire student body.
and think about how chaotic scheduling, attendance, and just generally the atmosphere would be- it's not a bad idea in theory, especially for busy parents, but it wouldn't work in practice.

that would be great for kids and parents but not so much for taxes. if i were a teacher i would demand a raise to work on weekends. are you willing to pay the price?

No. Need more schools; so that, people can learn to spell "decide" and implement prepositions correctly.
