I actually started with a personal trainer and excercised daily but now I need to reduce my food intake. I have always tried to do this but always fail. Anyone have tips on how no to fall into temptation on food? Not overeating and that stuff? Tips and advice greatly appreciated.

Read food labels, nutrition info. Buy only healthy foods. Dont keep at home anything that is unhealthy (junk food, sweets, white bread etc.) so you wouldnt have temptation in a reach.
Eat 5-6 small meals a day -make healthy choices - lean protein, complex carbs, healthy fats, dietary fiber (from fruit and veggies), drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
Go to fitday.com to help you keep track of your intake - seeing exactly how many calories you have had will help a lot.
