Basically playing with their emotions just to use them for their money.

NO NO NO!! Why would you waste time with someone you don't like?? But more importantly why would you waste their time and give them false hope??
And way to many do exactly what you are talking about. But thankfully their true motives usually show themselves soon.
Nobody should do that to another person.

It would depend on why I didn't like them...if it was because of something they had done, perhaps it would be a chance to reconcile the situation. Yes, I would be open to that. Regardless of whether or not I was hungry.
Never to play with their emotions or to use them for their money. In a way I would be prostituting myself because I am using them for their money...I'm giving up my time in order to get their money and quite frankly, money isn't that valuable to me.
"Using" them for their money 'is' a meaningless relationship.

if you do this you dont have any morals i would say your parents probably raised you better not to be so cruel with somone feelings which could end up scarring them and by the fact that you are really asking this question i think you already know the answer i dont think you are that bad of a person if you asking someone to tell you that it is right to treat someone like that.
