Make a folder for them on your hard drive
then drag and drop them in there.
But next time set your lime wire downloads to automatically
save into a folder. By opening lime wire and going to
File
Tools
Options
Saving

Or register to file den and upload them into a folder there.

but thats a lot of music to upload....

If your Hard Drive is not portioned to more than one drive its difficult(if this the case you have to upload or write to some means) If you have other drive save music folder to that and switch of that drives restoration.

I would suggest an external hard drive to back up your music, in case your computer crashes or a restore is necessary.
