How do you feel about being affectionate with your significant other in public? Or about anyone else doing so? How far do you think is to far before it gets awkward and weird, whether it's you and your partner or someone else and there's. What do you consider acceptable?

I take offense if it's a heterosexual couple - they shouldn't throw their lifestyle in my face. I generally don't mind straight people, as long as they keep their perversions behind closed doors.

Now, if it's a gay couple, I don't mind if they hold hands or give each other a little peck on the lips. Anything more, though, is inappropriate.

I am all for PDA, to an extent. I think it's really cute when a couple holds hands, hugs, or lightly kisses in public.

I really don't like it when couples like, eat eachother's faces in front of other people. At my school, sometimes couples are just going at it in the hallways, and its really gross

Holding hands, brief A-frame hug, or light kiss is always acceptable between bonded pairs. Everything else should be reserved for home.

It should be illegal. The occasional kiss, OK. Holding hands, fine. Making out, should be banned. It's gross and disrespectful to the people around you who maybe don't want to see or especially HEAR it.

The sounds of people making out just sort of makes me want to shoot myself. Or them. Whichever comes first.

It's none of our business. PDA is normal, natural and any repression of it will result in aberrant behavior.

I am OK with it, as long as there is no double standard for hetero and homo couples.
