Is this a good Micro Filters?

Bower FC52 Macro camera len is it worth 10 bucks? does image still look good or sharp when use this? Example if my lens can't autofocus in this distance will micro filter help me autofocus more?

Lenses have a "minimum focusing distance" so all the Bower FC52 is doing is allowing you to focus closer than the minimum focusing distance.

IMO you'll probably be unhappy with the results. Since its only 10 bucks, if you can spare it why not.
