Judging by the answers from Kerri B's question, I wanted to be a little more direct to fellow Christians.

Been there done that. It is a daily occurrence and not the big deal some make it out to be.
Satan will send his imps to try and confuse your spirit, but he and they are easily removed by a Holy Ghost believer. I wouldn't call a priest.
Remember Satan can't stay in the same place as Jesus and can not suffer His name. Easy to kick out, but he doesn't give up.
Isn't it amazing what a prayer can do,
when it all seems hopeless, He will pull you through.

I've seen it. It is very real.

This was a few years ago. There was a girl at a christian summer camp and she was convulsing, screaming, growling and speaking a language that sounded evil. The closest thing I could compare the sound to would be the language of Mordor in Lord of the Rings. (no, not joking.) It was one of the scariest things I've ever seen.

But, a group of counselors and myself gathered around her and prayed. And after a while, she calmed down and she looked different. She was so peaceful. Then she just slept. And today she's fine. I saw her last Christmas.

So, yes. I know there's demons, but I know there's a God, too.

No, I don't.

I've "seen" what Christians say is demon possession, but it looked more like a psychological reaction to intense pressure to me.

I have a book by an ex-preacher. He talks about his experiences with so-called demon possession in it, from back when he was a true believer. He now thinks that the people who supposedly had it were psychologically ill, and they really needed a doctor and not him performing some kind of exorcism which never helped their situation in the long run.

Absolutely !!!!
They can and will If given the chance or opportunity. The Bible says give no place to the devil. Any open crack or door Is all It takes to let the enemy slip In.
Offense Is usually the No#1 bait satan likes to dangle on his fishing pole.
He desires to steal, kill & destroy God's people. He doesn't mess with the ones that he already has or doesn't pose a threat to his kingdom.
Be angry & sin not.

Yes I believe so, but they only do it so they may taste a Wendy's Burger from time to time. See spirits can't taste in the spirit form so they jump into people so they can get that taste. Notice I have never seen a Vegetarian needing an exorcism so I am pretty sure it is for the burger.

Maybe these people should have holes drilled in their heads (as was the prescription for releasing a demon in the dark ages...where most of these moron's minds are stuck). It'd definitely solve the problem.

I do believe demons can exist inside a person, but not possess them as in ownership. They don't have control, just influence. God is stronger.

The Exorcist wasn't based on some horror writer's imagination...it stemmed from true accounts....does that answer your question?

Someone on here once said that if demons are real, they seem to be allergic to antipsychotic medications.
