The soft drink. Provided its a well brewed beer (and your not about to drive!) it has healthier effects than the sugar and chemical concoctions that pass for soft drinks now days. Beer has stringent 'food' manufacturing regulations to conform with in most countries and small amounts of alcohol purge a lot of other crap from our systems. They can put anything in a softie.

One beer a day is good...Especially if it is light beer. One soft drink a day is bad. Remember serious people out there he said A beer or A soft drink-not 100 beers and 100 soft drinks. My grandmother is 83 years old and has had one beer every day maybe more on days she hangs out with friends or after a golf game LoL for a very long time....she loves it and she is very healthy. Gosh there's a lot of haters on yahoo answers.

A beer is better as it has at least a few nutrients and is good for your health in moderation.
Soft drinks eg Coke, Pepsi etc are just riddled with sugar and have very little in nutrients.
The high sugar and acidity is disaster for the teeth while the high potassium leaches out the calcium in the body.

Give me a beer! Better make it two!

Neither. Drinking soda everyday can contribute to making you fat and cause diabetes, strokes... If you drink diet soda, you can expect the above in addition to a host of other nasty health problems including seizures and loss of vision

Drinking beer every day renders you an alcoholic, causes insanity, brain damage, organ damage, and cirrhosis of the liver

One of your best defenses is to flood your system with antioxidants and water to flush your system of all that junk you put in it to pollute it.
