it means he thinks she is flat chested or in my case anything smaller then C's but that may just be me

Dude, candies are for luxurious and ornament. you positioned them on jewelry, or make chocolate-studded saws for reducing into chocolate. Why on earth might you like to consume it? that's hours or maybe DAYS of annoying artwork in the chocolate mines only thrown down the bathroom! only consume diamonds! Why are you even evaluating the two? Get a diamond bar, unwrap it, and only consume it up. not something to it.

the girl has no "upper chestal growth" as my friends and i call it.
she doesn't have huge breasts or even medium sized...she has tiny breasts or nothing there whatsoever.
