I have to say..
Even though if you love someone height shouldnt matter.
but sadly.. most girls do mind.
It's not really exactly about the physical appearance of a taller guy.. it's the feeling of security that we get when we're standing next to you. Girls don't like to feel like we got to be the one protecting you if someone came charging over with a knife. I think that is why most girls would prefer a guy taller and bigger than her. Not to mention all the nice cuddles.. i think i would like to be cuddles and not have to look down and cuddle my bf. =T
As for how man inches???
My husband is 5 inches taller than me. but i think 2 inches is good enough.

lol, there's no specific height. I (and most other girls) just want a guy taller than us. But even if he's a little shorter than me, it's ok.
If I had to pick an ideal range, I would say about 3-5 inches taller than me. I'm about 5'5 barefoot and shoes can give me a couple of inches, so preferably the guy can still be taller than me when I wear heels. For me, taller than about 6 feet would be a little weird. Whatever, it doesn't really matter. My bf is only 5'7 and sometimes I'm taller than him depending on the shoes we're wearing.

That used to be a long time ago..Girls really don't think that way anymore, at least not all girls..
Girls still like cute guys, especially nice guys with a great personality, and a great sense of humor..
STOP worrying about the height issue..I'm taller than my guy, and love him to bits!

Come on, man. Is this a serious question? If you think height makes you more of a man, then you need to get some counseling. Danny DeVito is short and married. Many people are short and do fine. You have a confidence problem and you need to get your head straight. It's not your height that hurting you, it's your attitude and lack of confidence.

I wouldn't disregard liking a man just because he is shorter then me. However it is nice to have someone bigger then you because it makes you feel more protected. So i would have to say at least an inch is good, but height isn't a major issue.

Of course I have to have someone taller then me but to be honest height shouldnt way so much on a decision concerning someone you like. It is all personality baby!

Height doesn't bother me that much, as long as he isn't too skinny (i like stocky men). they have to be at least 2 inches taller than me (when i'm not wearing heels).

No specific amount really.
I kind of like tall guys, but I don't think I'd ever stop liking a guy just because he wasn't 6'0" or higher.
I'm pretty short (5'2'') so I'd date a guy who was 5'4'', if I really had a thing for him.
Most of my boyfriends have been 6'2'' and up though.

I don't care honestly, as long he's about the same height as me or taller, he can be a little shorter and I won't care.
