Pick something you like but that has meaning for you. Usually people pick something soft and sweet. Do what suits your taste but make it nice and fitting for the style of wedding you want.

Hey girly, I've been having the same issues. I'm not really into the whole "Here Comes The Bride" crap... or the Canon in D stuff either!! There's a website where you can just put in what part of the wedding you want music for (in your case, the processional) and put in what genre of music, and tada! It gives you a list of possible songs!
I've got a friend who is playing piano at my wedding. I'm actually walking down the aisle to a song called Kiss The Rain by Yiruma, he's some Japanese piano player. Its so gorgeous, and so unique!
Here's the site:

GOOD LUCK!!!

You can march down the aisle to almost anything but there are some things to consider, for example if you are going to have live music or not. You can go online to Alternative wedding marches and find some ideas, for one thing.
I think the one I might pick were I to be married again might be wind beneath my wings or perhaps a recording of Joe Cocker and you are so beautiful. If you like country, and your fiancee has a bit of a sense of humor, Stand by your man.
It all depends upon your taste in music, whether you will have a live band or recording, and how solemn or celebratory you want the march to be. Good luck to you and may it be a long and happy marriage.

All My Life by K-Ci and JoJo, , Womans Worth by Maxwell, and my new favorite No One by Alicia Keys .... When You Call On Me By R. Kelly and Luther Vandross .... Your first dance you should go with Like You'll Never See Me Again by Alicia Keys ........... Wait are you getting married in a church ?
If so a couple of gospel songs that I have toying with using as march songs are Order My Steps by the Women of Worship and Testimony by Adrian Green and the Diplomats for Christ ... I am also trying to come up with some Hip Hop songs to use in weddings ... maybe a little ahead of my time !

I am working on the exact same thing at this very moment!
Here are some I have come up with.
Hymne - Vangelis
Flora's Secret- Enya
Trumpet Tune & Air - Purcell
The Prayer- Bocelli & Dion
I am thinking The Prayer myself. I really liked that one. I did find a great website you can check out as well.

You can walk down the isle to any song you want. My husband and i walked down the isle to Ribbon In The Sky, by Stevie Wonder. If you getting married in a church check with the Pasteur because some churches don't allow music unless it's church music. Good Luck :)

I continuously had to stroll down the aisle to Bryan Adams' right here i'm. regrettably my ex did no longer agree. perhaps next time i will :) i think of I walked all the way down to an spectacular, basic classical piece (our pianist picked the music) yet no longer the classic March. reliable luck and superb desires!
