I stretch and everything, so I don't know why my lower back hurts after I jog....Could it be an early sign of osteoporosis?!

you need to ware a good running shoe, other wise your back, and knees absorb the shock instead.

jogging is a high impact exercise and can cause damage to back, knees and feet . don't use a cheap shoe, if back pain cont after you change your shoes see a doctor

You need to put your feet up. That will help but so will a nice foot rub!
