The same as any other aircraft
We'll use Viper as a call sign example.
Viper- Tower Viper 11 holding short runway 25L ready for departure
Tower- Viper 11 ALT 2998 winds 250 at 6 cleared for takeoff
(after take off)
Tower- Viper 11 contact city center on 118.50 Good day.

Tower to (any) USAF aircraft;
" November Foxtrot niner one nine, cleared for take off, runway 1 Romeo whiskey, winds 10 knots, SSW etc"....
USAF fighter/bomber/trainer to tower;
" Roger tower, Make plane go fast...... NOW!!!" (sound /sight of F- 15/16/22/117-B1B-B2 going off into the distance, never to be seen, or heard from, again)
Tower to USAF, Roger that ..........
