I don't know what they are, but a friend who stutters is working through the book Self Therapy for the Stutterer by The Stuttering Foundation of America and is slowly getting better. It is so good to see her enjoying being able to have a conversation without stuttering as badly.

See if you can learn some stage performers warm-up exersizes.

There are wierd sentances and letter repetitions which help focus on the mouth muscle.

Maybe best to just take a class in acting, or singing. Oral Presentation classes help alot. Put yourself into it and you will learn to work thru it.

Read and repeat tongue twisters out of a book when you're alone and not stressed. A good choice is Oh Say Can You Say by Dr. Seuss.

sing a sentence (to music)
...you will find it a way to practice flawless speech.

I read about it in a very old Reader's Digest. Noted speech pathologists today utilize this method with severe cases.

Are you seeing a speech therapist? If not, I would recommend doing so, this way you get get help with your specific problem(s).

see your physician, he may be able to give you a referral to a speech therapist who will help you better than anybody on yahoo answers
