If a coconut oil is "pure" and "unhydrogenated", does that means it's nonrefined, or virgin?

Pure = 100%

Unhydrogentated = not treated to make it solidify @ room temperature. Coconut oil is naturally solid at room temperature.

Virgin = refers to 1st or 2nd pressing of olives to extract oil. Doesn't apply to coconut oil.

Refining = straining out particulates. May apply to coconut oil depending on how it is extracted.
