I found one up for auction on proxibid.com in tx. and it is 37 out of 50 and the web page aftonartgallery list the same serigraph as 31 out of 50 as sold so I can't find a good estimate of what to bid. Some of their other works go for Hundreds but I do not want to overpay so what would be a resonable bid?

There is no reliable information on it. Limited edition prints can go very much beyond reasonable prices. They are very collectible and prices could double over night.
100 - 200 per print isn't that far fetched but a set in good condition could very easily fetch triple that.

Lets hope you are the only bidder and get it cheap. You never overpay if you think it was worth it.
