Basically what you can do is just buy certain shampoos and conditioners that you can use for your hair that contains vitamin-E. I viewed your post about dominican hair products, and a lot of their products contain vitamin-E. You can also try hair greases; a lot of hair greases contain Vitamin E for your hair. Olive oil and tea tree oil are very good essential oils for your hair too, and also provides hair growth and shine.

Vitamin E oil is very thick & heavy. It'll be hard to wash out & weigh down your hair.

You can add it to hair mask or use mashed avocados which are high in vitamin E.

Shiny Soft Hair Treatment
In a small bowl, mash and combine: 1 avocado (1/2 for shorter hair)
1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon olive oil

Apply to hair and allow to remain 30 minutes or longer, then shampoo and condition as usual. http://www.care2.com/greenliving/avocado-kitchen-cupboard-beauty-tips.html
