You can, but get the Splenda made for baking.

Yes they have Splenda for Baking and I cannot tell the difference but some people I know says it leaves an after taste.

absolutely! I have an entire cookbook from Splenda. Just be sure you get the splend for baking.

yes you sure can use it to bake
for recipes there is anna olsen she is a pro baker and has a tv show on the food network canada check on there and see what recipes there is if you like..hope this helps good luck!
