Yeah, just like with people -- if you take two people lacking intellectually and put them together, they automatically start procreating and producing kids that go on the internet and ask unintelligable questions.

Paws are the little things at the end of a dog's legs that they walk on (aka 'feet') and performance is basically how an activity is done -- there is no such thing as 'pawperformance' ...
