After undergoing X-ray, the bone mass was found to be less than normal, and that is causing pain is the left wrist, how can that be rectified or can anyone tell what medicine is best or what has to be done for that.

not sure what you are saying,,,are you talking about bone density???you need to take calcium supp.,swimming,exercising has been shown to increase bone density.
You may need a rx for osteoporosis...see you dr.
