the Watchtower Society?

Janet VT Pro: You are right. Ther truth is the truth whatever we think about it.

I believe Jesus is the Truth. God Jesus.

I believe in free will. I want people to understand our doctrinal differences since their organization claims to be tha only true " channel of communication" between God and people

Absolutely. Why else would they accept doctrines that defy Scripture and logic all at once?

This is the type of mental conditioning they have been accustomed to since the beginning:

The WT "is the one and only channel which the Lord has used in dispensing his truth"--WT 4/1/19, p. 6414

Third president, Knorr testified in court that the WT is set forth as God's Word"--Moyle, 1943, p. 1474

They have always claimed to be a "theocratically controlled organization under the immediate direction of Jehovah God himself"--WT 6/1/65, p. 352.

Complete submission to that org has always been promoted as the only option 10/1/67, p. 590

Bible reading alone is always promoted as an inferior method of study. They are told that they "will not progress along the road to life, no matter how much Bible reading we do", if they lose touch with the "channel of communication that God is using"--WT 12/1/81, p. 27

They are commanded to "fight against independent thinking"--WT 1/15/83, p. 22, 27

They are taught that their eternal salvation is completely dependent on identifying themselves with the organization--WT/2/15/83, p.12

This trend has continues right down to today. While the JWs would like to deny it, the proof is here for all to see.

In their defense: it is a bitter pill to swallow to come to grips with the fact that they've been sold a lie and fell for it for X number of years.

I dont know what JW is but if your talking about the salvia the logic and evidence is allready known when i experanced the high that i dont call it a high its a broken barrer between everyday sight not tooken for granted, how merrly that where here on this earth,(that destined (matter)formed being having purpose, soon to be history but its purpose is very important. When on the drug i felt things around me yernded for me to finish something that was long termed allwaysed not finished, to complete something mental first overcoming the belife in needing to complete, then finishing phisicaly motivated by the first step. i felt that (humans) get cought up in the wirl wind of days, time, the bandwagon of the popular life's conduct that makes a barrer between what where put here for that everything here is vanity we cant take it with us in the after life then when we exsperance the after life, what would we have to make us value if the earths value doesent loose its self from its self as we do when we die,if so then how different is our bodys than that object if it stays on earth after its use, and decompose back to the earth as dirt, like an apple fallen from a tree?where would be the enternal value hiding at in this universe?i belive striping our compacted life style to back to the basics then would be truely greatfull. But our value would be egnologing the creator of all and of his creation of all, revile the missing link of value to carry on for eturnal So what will happen with the people that doesnt egnoledge there surrondings and futher gather information of there divine matter and purpose? would they have value. what do we do with objects that had a purpose, used and unusefull any more?trow it in the trash, whould that be hell?with this little substance that gives u 5mins. of broken barrer glemse what was its purpose on this earth, not jus a nice color flower to delight with our sight....but much grater more.

Interesting point. YES, because they need to obey the Society. Christians can still continue attending their church even if they question some of the issues.

I also see that JWs are getting nasty toward you.

Yes, just like every other Protestant denomination, their beliefs are based on the believer's own authority, not the authority of Christ.

No.

Jehovah's Witnesses base their teachings and beliefs on the bible.

It seems you have discovered the universal structure of religious belief:

All you have to do is substitute "JW" for any other religion and "the Watchtower Society" for that religion's authorities.

You can base your beliefs on whatever you want. That doesn't make them any more or less truthful.
