i count calories and fat grams daily because i am very into getting toned .. i was wondering if i should just count calories or do i have to watch how much fat also ?? this is just for toning i am not worried about cholesterol or anythingg . i just want more defined ab muscles

I eat 160 grams of fat a day and dont gain a pound....as long as u burn it off. i walk a few miles a day
