Marijuana smoke expands in your lung by mixing with oxygen, when mixed with oxygen it spreads throw your lungs to your bloodstream eventually getting to the brain, this happen in less than a minuet.

This dose not cause physical dependency and you can never over dose on marijuana.

You've obviously never smoked it and have heard something wrong.

When you smoke marijuana, the buds don't go inside of you, only the smoke. If any does happen to travel through the pipe and into your mouth, usually people spit it right out.

If you explained the question more, I could answer it better.
