My girlfriend said I'd better work out to get rid of them, so I did. 2 months and I still have these floppy breasts. I've tried everything I can think of. Is it just the way I'm made? Is there anything to be done?

Yep might just be the way you're made.
Perhaps going to a Dr & asking about liposuction & working with a personal trainer will help.

stir fry!

Meat preparation is like 5 minutes, if you dice them and put them in a skillet with oil.
Veggies should be peppers, onions, broccoli, bean sprouts, mushrooms, and anything else you like that fries nicely.
Get a good teriaki sauce (Or buy a frozen pack- complete with veggies and sauce) throw it all together, and put it on rice.

Bam. 15 minutes tops.
