DONT DO IT!!!....(i think?) ((((same ere))))....i gave up just over a year ago and ive put on a stone!! and i cant seem to shift it at all!! even though i cycle every day. i cant understand why i cant shift the weight......it feels uncomfortable. i dont like it and i tell you this....I STILL!!! FANCY A SMOKE ALL THE TIME. but i wont and niether should you.....you should feel bloody proud of yourself. (aint easy is it) but you've come this far, and gon through untold agony....dont put yourelf through that again. people keep telling me that the weight will 'eventualy' come off. i hope so. good luck mate. all the best.

you are using smoking as an excuse for gaining weight, maybe? Do you think smoking will helplose the weight? NO. It's a waste of money and filthy habit...and I can say this only because I am a smoker.
If you have gone this long don't go back. use that money that you wiuld spend on smoking to join a gym or put it in a jar. Have you done that yet? The jar technique? It' a good eye opener.
If you do smoke, promise me you will only try one. That first one you have after you haven't smoked for a while tastes awful! Don't have more htan one, and try not to finish it.
Keep up the good work. Wish I wanted to quit, I could use the extra money

Quitting smoking does make alot of people eat more!!!! The first time i i quit i gained weight,, the second time i didint but my doc wrote me a scrpit called chantix which is helping alot,,,, would u rather be fat,,, or be fat and a quitter for not sticking to ur guns!!!!!!!! Good luck, you can always lose the weight!!!

Do not start smoking again , lung cancer p.a.d. emphysema to name a few which is worse fat or some of those disease ? I am a smoker that is trying chantix I start tomorrow . I also have p.a.d. and just found out my sister who is a smoker has lung cancer and emphysema. So please just try to go on a good diet and exercise program and forget smoking.

I know what you mean love its so hard, i quit then just like you my weight went up and up, so i started smoking again i really wish i hadn't so please try i know its not easy!!!
My dad died of a heart attack he was 20 stone so weight scares me but then the health risks of smoking is horrible cancer etc(effects of smoking show in your 50s )so keep your chin up and good luck x

Go out for a walk, or get a stationary bike (you can get a used one for $30) and start working out.
You'll burn calories and you won't feel the need to smoke.

Your basically saying your not healthy so your going to make yourself worse, good logic! Instead don't ***** out and go for the easy way. All good things are hard earned, I know that and i'm 16. Look into fitness articles, find out why your not skinny and fix it so 1 you wont die of a heart attack and 2 so you wont die of lung cancer. GL.
