I'm 16 years old for starters. For a week I had mild stomach aches, faintness and a touch of nausea. So I went in to my doctor and she said nothing seemed out of the ordinary, but perscribed me a stomach medication to bring the acids down, and also Celexa for a problem with aniexty & depression. Well ever since I started taking the medication, my stomach aches are more painful, I get faint and out of breath, I get the feeling of wanting to vomit although I haven't, and I can't barely eat anything without feeling sick. My mom believes its just the flu since my immunities are possibly down from all the stress, but I think its the stomach medication. Have any ideas what it could be?

Could be panic attacks-My teenage daughter had these.
Allergic reaction to your medication.
Trouble in your inner ear will make you dizzy and nauseous.
Trouble with you vision will do the same.

If your symptoms have gotten worse since your doctor visit you need to go back.

Seems like you felt better before you got medicated so maybe your condition is worse or the condition has gone away and the medication is making you nauseous.

I get all of these symptoms when I'm motion sick, that's why I thought of your ears. Good luck! I'm sorry you aren't feeling well.

You may have some cases a "year-round-flu." I don't know if you've ever heard of it, but it has to do with the cold and the dry temperatures from different cities, with the occasional germs flying in the atmosphere. I'm not sure but by reading you symptoms I'd say that was the same thing that I was having the same exact time last year. Good Luck, Hope you feel better!!! Oh yeah, go to the store and get some cough drops, I had a sore throught when I had the flu.
